1. Parties and Scope

This User Agreement ("Agreement") regulates the terms of use of services provided by QRFastMenu ("Platform"). Anyone who visits or becomes a member of the Platform is deemed to have read, understood and accepted this agreement.

2. Service Definition

QRFastMenu is a platform that enables businesses or individuals to create, edit and share their own QR-coded digital menus online.

3. Terms of Use

  • The user accepts that the content they create on QRFastMenu (food lists, menu names, images) will not be contrary to laws and general morality.
  • Users are personally responsible for the content they create. QRFastMenu does not pre-screen shared content but may remove it from publication in case of complaints.

4. Membership and Security

  • The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information during membership procedures.
  • The confidentiality of account information belonging to the user is the responsibility of the user.
  • QRFastMenu cannot be held responsible for damages arising from unauthorized use of the account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Software, design, logo, brand and content on the platform belong to QRFastMenu. They cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Cookie Usage

QRFastMenu uses cookie technologies to improve user experience and perform analysis. Cookies are small files saved to users' devices through their browsers.

The user is deemed to have accepted cookie usage by using the site.

You can block cookies from your browser settings if you wish; however, some functions may not work properly in this case.

7. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

  • QRFastMenu processes, stores and protects personal data received from users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
  • It is not shared with third parties without the explicit consent of the user.
  • The user can request deletion of their data by contacting info@qrfastmenu.com at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • QRFastMenu is not responsible for content created by users and third-party links.
  • It is not guaranteed that the service will operate uninterruptedly or without errors.

9. Right to Change

QRFastMenu reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. The current text comes into effect as soon as it is published on the site.

10. Competent Court

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul (or where the company headquarters is located) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in all disputes.

Acceptance

Anyone who enters the site and uses the services is deemed to have accepted this agreement.
